About the Founder
Molly is a trained Occupational Therapist and the founder of Compre Wellness Care, an online wellness and education platform created to support caregivers, families, and individuals navigating the challenges of recovery, aging in place, and long-term home care.
With over a decade of experience across hospital, rehab, and long-term care settings, Molly has witnessed firsthand how overwhelming it can be for families to transition a loved one home after illness, injury, or surgery. Drawing from her background in occupational therapy, holistic health, and wellness education, she created Compre Wellness Care to bridge the gap between medical discharge and confident caregiving.
Molly also holds certifications in personal training, yoga, and nutrition, and has long been passionate about the mind-body connection. Her approach blends clinical expertise with practical, empowering strategies that help individuals stay safe, independent, and well in their own homes.
Compre Wellness Care offers on-demand courses, caregiver training, and aging-in-place resources that make it easier to prepare the home environment, understand medical recommendations, and promote lasting health across every life stage.
