Private Caregiver Coaching Sessions

Because You Deserve Support, Too
Caring for a loved one isn’t something you were trained for, and yet here you are, trying to hold it all together.
You're managing medications, appointments, family dynamics, legal documents, and emotional breakdowns often while juggling your own life, career, and health.
No manual, no roadmap, and rarely a thank you.
But here’s the truth...Â
You don’t have to do this alone.
You’re not meant to figure it all out in the dark, second-guessing every decision or quietly burning out while caring for everyone but yourself.
This Is for You If You're
-
Feeling overwhelmed by decisions and don’t know who to turn to
-
Needing clear, expert advice, not another Google search rabbit hole
-
Wanting someone to really see your situation and help you figure out the next right steps
-
Craving validation, strategy, and emotional support all in one place
- Needing a safe space to be seen, heard, and supported

What’s Included in Your 60-Minute Session:
-
1:1 coaching tailored to your unique situation (this isn’t one-size-fits-all)
-
Guidance on home safety, mobility, legal prep, or medical advocacy
-
A compassionate space to talk through your fears, decisions, or grief
-
Follow-up resource recommendations or next steps (if needed)
Meet your caregiver coach, Molly
Molly is a trained Occupational Therapist who is here to help you walk through the challenges of caregiving. In this 1:1 call, Molly will work with you to answer questions/concerns and provide recommendations and guidance on how to safely navigate the caregiving journey.
With over a decade of experience across hospital, rehab, and long-term care settings, Molly has witnessed firsthand how overwhelming it can be for families to transition a loved one home after illness, injury, or surgery.
She wants families to have the resources and tools to keep their loved ones safe and healthy at home, without losing themselves or sacrificing their own well-being.

What You’ll Walk Away With
-
Clarity on what to do next: whether it's navigating care options, dealing with a crisis, or setting up your home for safety
-
Relief from the mental load, as you’re guided by someone who knows the healthcare system and deeply understands the caregiver experience
-
Supportive strategies for dealing with emotionally-charged family dynamics, boundary setting, or your own inner exhaustion
-
A clear plan of action with resources, referrals, and confidence to move forward
What Others are Saying
“If you're meeting Molly for the first time or have known her our whole life, she makes you feel like you matter. Molly holds a space that allows for support self-exploration. When opening up, Molly will be there to listen and provide guidance on some of your own contemplations.”
-Brenda, 48
“I’ve been to therapy many times in my adult life. It’s been helpful but I always ended up feeling like I was seeking something deeper. Molly made me feel so comfortable with sharing my story.”
